What we collect
We collect the information you give us — your name, phone number, email, profile photo, training preferences, and (for trainers and gyms) verification documents. We also collect basic usage data (which screens you visit, what you tap) to make the product better. No location tracking beyond the city you tell us. No selling your data.
How we use it
We use your data to find you the right trainers, confirm bookings, process payments, keep the marketplace safe (fraud + verification), and email or push you about your bookings. Nothing else. We never use your data to train AI models, and we never share it with data brokers.
Who we share it with
Only what's strictly needed: Supabase (our hosting + database provider, in the EU), Stripe/Tap (payments), Twilio (SMS OTP), and the trainer or gym you book with. That's it.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data any time from Profile → Settings → Data. You can opt out of marketing emails from the footer of any email. GDPR + Saudi Personal Data Protection Law both apply — write to privacy@qawiy.app for any request and we reply within 7 days.
