Refund Policy

How Qawiy handles money
Qawiy is a marketplace. When you book a session or a day pass, you pay the trainer or gym directly — in cash at the counter, by bank transfer, by their own payment link, or whatever they set up. Qawiy does not sit in the payment flow, does not hold funds, and does not take a cut of what changes hands between you and them. This is by design: it keeps the fees down and the accountability clear.
Refunds for sessions and day passes
Because payment is direct, refunds are also direct. If a session or pass didn't happen as agreed, contact the trainer or gym first — most cases are resolved by a reschedule, a credit, or a refund on their side. If a trainer or gym is unresponsive or refusing a fair refund, write to us at hello@qawiy.app with the booking details and we will mediate. Repeated no-shows or refusals from a partner can result in their removal from the platform.
Qawiy PRO subscriptions
PRO subscriptions (when available) are billed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Refunds for those follow Apple's or Google's policies — you request the refund through your store account, not through us. We do not have the technical ability to refund a Store-billed subscription.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies are set by each trainer and gym on their profile. Check the "First session" section on their profile before booking to see how they handle no-shows and late cancellations. Qawiy does not enforce a single global cancellation window — that's the trainer or gym's call.
Disputes
If you have a dispute we can help with, email hello@qawiy.app with your name, phone number, booking date, and a short description of what happened. We reply within 3 business days.
