1. What Qawiy is
Qawiy is a marketplace that connects clients with independent personal trainers and gyms in Saudi Arabia. We don't provide training ourselves — trainers and gyms are independent businesses responsible for their own service.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 16 to book on Qawiy. You are responsible for keeping your account safe — one account per person. Trainers and gyms go through a verification pass before their profile is public.
3. Bookings and payments
Prices, cancellation windows, and session terms are set by each trainer or gym and shown clearly before you confirm. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Cancellations follow the window shown at booking; refunds are handled inside the app.
4. Conduct
Be respectful. Discrimination, harassment, and any behaviour that puts safety at risk get accounts closed, no warning. Report anything off through the in-app "Report" flow.
5. Liability
Trainers and gyms are independent businesses. Qawiy is not responsible for the service they provide, injuries during sessions, or third-party facility issues. We do keep the platform safe and mediate disputes in good faith.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as Qawiy evolves. Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
